Perceived Organizational Politics, Leadership Style and Resilience: How Do They Relate to OCB, If at All?

The present study examines the relationship between Perceived Organizational Politics (POP) and self-reported Citizenship Behavior (OCB) focusing on three mediating variables, transactional leadership, transformational resilience. 210 employees from a variety of organizations backgrounds completed questionnaire containing standard measures variables. Analysis data using Amos statistical package shows that OCB is significantly associated with POP, leadership styles resilience mediate this association. results are discussed in terms employees’ motivation to react lack perceived clarity, justice fairness by enhancing their self-report engagement. Further research needed better understand meaning OCB.
